ich habe Pihole auf einem Raspi installiert. V3.2 lief an meiner Fritzbox auch problemlos. Habe heute auf V4.1.1 aktualisiert und anschliessend die Listen neu upgedatet. Seitdem funktioniert Dns nicht mehr. Woran kann das liegen?

I generated the lofile but can't upload it as the DNS is not working. How I can send you the information?
Temporarily edit /etc/resolv.conf
sudo nano /etc/resolv.conf
Replace nameserver 127.0.0.1 with nameserver 1.1.1.1 (or your choice of third party DNS), save and exit.
Then run pihole -d and you should be able to upload the log.

Your gravity list is empty. Check that the nameserver is still 1.1.1.1 (and set it back to that if it is not, as you did before), and run pihole -g -f to rebuild gravity.
From your debug log - this section shows the empty gravity list.

-----tail of gravity.list------I just updated this list and it seems the Pihole now works again. I also set the Nameserver back to 127.0.0.1. Is there anything else I have to do so that's working everywhere again?
Now that the Pi-Hole is working, you just need to connect the clients to it.
