Pi-Hole DHCP Lease Management

Please consider the following:

1. Merge the active and static lease tables into one table. You could display the leases the do not have a static entry at the top.
   2). Add an option to allow us to edit a static lease (e.g. hostname) without having to delete and re-add it.
   3). Add an option to allow us to set the default DNS TTL for a lease (or match it to the lease duration)
   4). Add an option to allow us to specify the default NTP server for DHCP leases.

Allow easy editing of IP address/hostname in static DHCP mappings

Currently to change a static reservation you have to delete the entry, then after the page reloads and the data has disappeared, re-add it. This usually means copying the MAC address into the clipboard, then re-typing the IP/hostname with the require changes. It'd be great if there was an Edit button or something, even if it just did the same as the Delete button but pre-populated the row of input boxes with the old values for tweaking/adding again.

Additional NTP Server UI Option for DHCP Settings

The DHCP Settings page of the web GUI provides the ability to input the 'Router (gateway) IP address' to be used in a dhcp-option=3 (or dhcp-option=option:router) entry that will pass the address of the internet gateway router to dhcp clients. [image] It would be useful to have a similar mechanism to allow the administrator to provide the 'NTP Server IP address' to be used in a dhcp-option=42 (or dhcp-option=option:ntp-server) entry that would pass along the address(es) of preferred NTP server…

Please split the remaining two feature requests into single requests - this will make it easier to track implementation of feature requests.
