On the left, near the bottom is Settings.
On the Settings page click the API / Web interface tab.
This is a direct link to that:

On that page look for: CPU Temperature Unit.
Status
Clear the browser cache and reload the dashboard.
remains the same, does not load the temperature

Please generate a debug log with pihole -d and post the token here. What OS and plattform are you running pihole at? The only time this has been discussed here is quite a while back

You're running pihole on Ubuntu. As in the other thread mentioned, the temperature is not displayed on ubuntu systems (if things haven't changed in the meantime).
What is the output of
cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp
cat /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon0/temp1_input
side note: Having 18 (!) upstream DNS servers configured seems too be a bit overkill
