Documentation looks pretty simple: https://docs.pi-hole.net/api/tls/
After some back and forth pihole now starts with TLS/SSL with my own certificate.
Unfortunately I can't open pihole side anymore because of an SSL_ERROR_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE_ALERT in firefox. Might have something to do with my own cert... .stil investigating.
