Weird Timeout Issues

So I have been using Pi-Hole as my primary DNS server for a weeks without issue but all of the sudden I keep getting timeout errors on my router like the below. My raspberry Pi is connected via ethernet to the router but I keep getting timeouts and every two hours when my router tries to authenticate to the Frontier network the timeout issues causes the router not to authenticate and then I get about 3 -5 minutes of no internet. My Pi-Hole was originally using Quad9 for DNS which I thought was the issue so I changed to OpenDNS and that didn't solve the problem. I would love some advice on how to solve this issue as I can't go back to using standard DNS from the ISP. Any advice would be appreciated as I have been trying to figure out for the last 4 + hours.
