Time-based DNS controls

First, I absolutely love Pi-hole and recommend it to all my pseudo-savvy friends!

I would love to see a parental-control type feature that allowed for a time-based dns sinkhole, with potentially an exclusion list.

For example, from 8:00 pm -> 7 am, all queries are blocked, except for exclusion list items (security updates, etc).
