I am new to Pi-hole. I saw a video on how to build this to avoid ads. I got Pi-hole running with the help of folks here. The only problem is the two blocklists they provided have done nothing for ads on Paramount or The Roku Channel.
Is there a setting or blocklists for specific streaming services?
For the most part video ads are not going to be able to be blocked with Pi-hole, unless they are served from separate domains. Even then, many of the smart TV apps just won’t function if such domains are blocked. It’s often a losing battle to attempt such blocking.

Usually you need some kind of modded client software to block ads from such services
