Recently promoted to a software/dev team manager, though I come from a coding/development role. I’m most fluent in Java but I know my way around various ‘modern’ languages and script syntax. Great troubleshooter and problem solving. My home network is likely more complex than some small business setups. I’m comfortable with Linux (GUI or cmd line) and not afraid to help debug, even if that means reviewing some code.
