Question about conditional Forwarding

The directions say they recommend you setup conditional forwarding if your pi-hole isn't being used for DHCP so it display device names instead of addresses. I have another appliance handling DHCP. However my network consists of multiple vlans and each vlan has a different IP Range. How would I go about adding the CIDR for multiple IP ranges?
Example:
Main Lan: 192.168.60.0/24
Vlan 30: 10.100.30.0/24
Vlan 18: 172.20.18.0/24
etc

The field looks like it only allows one range.

You have to add them via the config files manually. See this thread how to do this
