It does work when I'm connected using the same network (my home network)
but when I use another network it doesn't work anymore, I can't SSH, or access the web dashboard.

Did you install ZeroTier and use the ZT ip the server got as the dns, for the clients on ZT?
as ZT ip the server got, you mean 192.168.192.200 right?

Did you set Listen on all interfaces, permit all origins in http://pi.hole/admin/settings.php?tab=dns ?
I used to have it on all interfaces only, but after permitting all origins it works!
