Pi-hole not working on macOS and iOS

Expected Behaviour:

Adblocking on both macOS and iOS Safari including apps.

Actual Behaviour:

Ads are only blocked when using a browser like Firefox. Ads are still able to load when using Safari on macOS and iOS including other apps. Private relay is disabled and also on an individual network basis, I disabled all privacy measures from safari both on iOS and macOS. Pi-hole is DHCP and DNS server. ipv6 on router disabled.

Can you explain how you solved the issue?

Defaultgroup was disabled, not macOs related, see solution above in my other post.
