Hallo,
nach eine kompletten Neuinstallation des Pi-Holes und exakt denselben Einstellungen und Listen blockt der Pi-Hole nicht mehr als 3-4 % 
, vorher 20-40 %
Der Pi-hole agiert als DHCP und DNS Server , die IPś habe ich statisch im Pi-Hole unters "Static DHCP leases configuration" eingerichtet.
Und er vergisst anscheinend die Blacklist Einträge , habe twitter.com eingetragen . Erst hat geblockt und nach 1-2 Minuten konnte ich wieder auf die Seite.
Glaube der Hund liegt hier begraben:

^ Please note that you may have more than one IP address listed.
As long as one of them is green, and it matches what is in /etc/pihole/setupVars.conf, there is no need for concern.
The link to the FAQ is for an issue that sometimes occurs when the IPv6 address changes, which is why we check for it.
