Pi-hole blocking Sony LIV live channels

Actual Behaviour:

Pi hole is blocking live channels in Sony liv app. Other recorded programs work fine.

I am not techie when it comes to debugging however I tried white listing liv2.conviva.com but still no result. Other apps like Netflix Amazon prime works without any issue.

Has anyone faced this issue and is there a solution available ?
