No internet after changing DNS to Pi Hole

Pihile installed but no internet once DNS changed on router. If I change DNS on iPhone manullay it still doesn't block any adds.

Expected Behaviour:

Pi Hole on Pi Zero w should let internet traffic and block adds

Actual Behaviour:

no internet and not blocking ads on phone when change DNS manually

There are no issues visible in your debug log, but your router advertises itself as DNS server via DHCP

 dns-server: 192.168.1.1

Is this intended?

From client which should use Pi-hole please run

nslookup pi.hole

I am trying to use Pi hole as dns and change the IP to 192.168.150 I don't know what its showing ar my router as dns server. below is the result when I run nslookup. 192.168.1.1 is my router address I believe.

This client is using an IPv6 DNS server. If you really need IPv6, you should use a ULA address for your Pi-hole and use this as IPv6 DNS server. Otherwise, disable IPv6 if you don't really need it.

I have disabled DHCP and IPv6 on my router and using DHCP to Pi Hole but still not blocking any adds on websites or youtube. Also when I switch PiHole DHCP on I cannot ssh into Raspberry Pi.
