New install - unable to access web interface from other pc

Expected Behaviour:

Hello folks,
I'm new to linux. Running CentOS8 (minimal install) on Windows Hyper-V environment gen2 vm.
I just installed stock pihole using
curl -sSL https://install.pi-hole.net | bash

I can't access the web interface from other pc.
my pc: 172.16.1.10
pihole ip: 172.16.1.2

I can ping 172.16.1.2 from my pc but can't access web interface.

I went through the log in pihole -d but couldn't find much.
Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

Databases unable to read anything blocking isnt working either

Sorry about the formatting. I've been banging my head against wall trying to figure out what I did wrong.

My comment was not regarding your post format - that's fine. Both of the referenced links address Centos 8 web admin issues. You will likely find a solution there.
