New install - unable to access web interface from other pc

Databases unable to read anything blocking isnt working either Help

Please follow the below template, it will help us to help you! Expected Behaviour: [blocking of ADs and able to see data in the web interface] Actual Behaviour: [Not seeing any data and get errors when accessing blocklists and trying to query logs.
