Not really as Pi-hole is a DNS level ad blocker.
It cannot block content from a chosen domain or source.
It only resolves the name to an IP.
You could use U-block origin or ad-block or some local browser plugin for what you need though ...
To expand on the previous reply, the domain in your example is www.googletagservices.com.
Everything that follows is a path on that URL, and cannot be blocked by a domain blocker.
