Failed to resolve doubleclick.com via a remote, public DNS server (2001:4860:4860::8888)
Disabled DHCP in my router and enabled it in Pi-Hole along with ipv6 Support. Router uses ULA aswell

Is this a concern with a specific item noted in your debug log?
*** [ DIAGNOSING ]: Name resolution (IPv6) using a random blocked domain and a known ad-serving domain
[✓] ||imageadvantage.net^ is :: on lo (::1)
[✓] ||imageadvantage.net^ is :: on eth0 (fe80::e86b:5cff:fece:9b7)
[✗] Failed to resolve doubleclick.com via a remote, public DNS server (2001:4860:4860::8888)
Or, are you unable to resolve the domain through any means?
Your debug log shows that the domain is resolved via IPv4, which would indicate an IPv6 problem on your install.
*** [ DIAGNOSING ]: Name resolution (IPv4) using a random blocked domain and a known ad-serving domain
[✓] www.sacisesccsnace.fxirgl.top is 0.0.0.0 on lo (127.0.0.1)
[✓] www.sacisesccsnace.fxirgl.top is 0.0.0.0 on eth0 (192.168.2.110)
[✓] doubleclick.com is 142.250.185.142 via a remote, public DNS server (8.8.8.8)
I am able to resolve the domain but I dont understand why there is an error using ipv6
Also i get this error: no address range available for DHCPv6 request via eth0
Do you have IPv6 connectivity on the Pi host OS and the router? Any firewall rules that would block IPv6?
Router and Pi host OS have both ipv6 connectivity. Firewall isnt enabled aswell
What's your public IPv6 prefix then?
The excerpt from your debug log as quoted above by jfb shows your Pi-hole host to have only link-local IPv6 connectivity.
Resolution failures via public IPv6 DNS addresses would be expected in that case.
