To block ITV Hub Player advertisements.
Looks like you've already done most of the work. Now you just need to blacklist them and if it works, add them to the list of commonly blacklisted domains so others can benefit.
Just add:
To your blacklist & it seems to block all ITV adverts on my Samsung smart TV & Fire TV (I haven't tested it rigorously yet)
It does prevent the ITV Hub working on a Windows desktop browser, however.
