Apple watch weather, app store, system update - no internet access

I am having issue as described previously here: Apple Watch issues again

But it still doesn't work. I have BLOCK_ICLOUD_PR=false

On my apple watch weather app doesn't show forecast. Just says loading weather...

Apple store on watch just loading circle rotates and nothing happens.

From iPhone when I check updates for watch - it waits some time and then tells me it probably doesn't have connection to internet.

From watch:

I tried playing with private address setting on apple watch, turn it off/on. Reconnect, reboot. But it doesn't change anything.
Is there anything other I can try?

I still have no idea which domain is blocked
If you don’t use pihole it works fine
And as I have network issues, I am using my router DNS at the moment

But please update me if you find a solution

Funny thing I found is problem remains if changes are revered and pihole is not used.
I reverted back to my original dns server (router ip) - and still this problem.

Everything back to normal only when I am on cellular data. So I would assume it is something on iOS level, some cache or something. I really do not want to try resetting network settings, will wait a day to see if anything changes.

reboot the iPhone and Watch after changing DNS from pi-hole and in my case that works as a temporary solution
