Adchoices is my whitewhale

I love Pihole and it works amazing but the one ad that gets through over and over again is adchoices. The banners on cnn and other places, it's like trying to catch the roadrunner. Has anyone been able to lock the adchoices banners.

I am new but I've been reading this site for support for a long time. I'm just at a problem I can't resolve.

Oh I get it, I'm really good at blocking the content with a blockrate sometimes at 80% but this adchoices, I was able to block it last year but then my pi died and I had to start over. It's just this one thing.
