Pi-hole is unable to do what you would like.
So how these types of lists are made?
They attempt to block any ad, they are not targeted to specific ads or videos.
Those r[code].googlevideos.com are refered to categories, routes or what?

You'll likely not get much of a response, it doesn't look like anything has been updated in 3 years.
