Raspberry Pi 5 running Ubuntu 24.04 server
Modem: Arris SBG6950AC2
Provider: Xfinity
I installed pi-hole successfully, but I'm struggling with setting up the dhcp end. Xfinity has made it clear that my IP address is NOT static and could change at any time. It has actually changed twice in a week.
My modem settings have a section for setting a static IP as well as a primary DNS (pictured below without the ip), but when I turn the dhcp server on it restarts the router and acts like it's connected, but I have no internet.
Unsure if it's related, but I also can't access the web server at all.
