Wifi Hotspot as Internet source?

I use an Android Device with a 4G SIM card as a Wifi Hotspot (Access Point).

Will I be able to setup PiHole with the above Internet Source?

I have not seen any guides in this path of setup, however, if there's any please link it.

If you put the Pi-hole on the same network as the other clients using the hotspot, all those clients can use the Pi-hole for DNS.

Since the hotspot is WiFi, you need a Pi or host platform with WiFi capability. Put the Pi or host platform on the WiFi hotspot the same as you would have it join any other WiFi network.
