You will need to provide some specifics. What exact URL are you able to load that you believe should be blocked, and what list do you believe should be blocking it?
``pihole -q -adlist -all {domain here}
wil search for that domain in your blocklists and tell you which lists contain that domain.

I just add new list to the gravity and it working
This shows that every query for that domain is blocked by Pi-Hole. if the client is accessing that website, it is getting DNS resolution from a source other than Pi-Hole.
What client is accessing the site, and what are its DNS settings? On your router, is Pi-Hole the only DNS server listed, or do you have another one listed as well?
As you are seeing, blocking all online porn sites with Pi-Hole can be difficult. There are a number of porn sites and keeping up with them with public blocklists isn't alway 100% effective.
You may want to consider using OpenDNS with parental controls as your upstream DNS server for Pi-Hole, in addition to any blocklists you are currently running.
Ok i will find more about this list
Check your local whitelist as well. At least one porn site is on your whitelist, likely from when you were troubleshooting.
