Where to put my PI hole IP Adress

Hi, i'm quite new to the pi hole (and the raspberry scene).
(Sorry if some of my words are misleading, English is not my native language)

Long story short,
Everything is working fine but I change my internet provider a few month ago. Since then, I don't know where to put my Pi hole IP adress in the new Router.
Here is what I see in the DHCP area (in french):

If you have some question or/and information about that. I'll gladly accept it.

Replease 192.168.1.10 with your pihole address and delete 192.168.1.150
