on which date is the stable version of pihole's 5.0 going to be released?

Due to the limited supply of developers, and the fact that beta 5.0 was just released and we don't know how many changes will need to be made, we cannot predict with any accuracy when the stable V5.0 will be released.

Since this is a volunteer-driven project, we cannot establish firm release dates. The v5.0 master will be released when it is ready.

Do you want us to release it on a specific date or would you prefer it works when it's released?

Because there are significant changes in V5.0, there is no way to predict the duration of the beta phase. As always, the goal is to release a finished product, regardless of schedule.
