When a machine booted, this is what I saw. Why am I getting `NaN` errors on IP addresses?

I didn't want to, but I rebooted my router/WAP this morning.

Alas that kills one of my RasPies which seems unable to reconnect all by itself and needs to be reset/power cycled. (Its headless)

I saw it had booted and looked at what it did after it had booted WRT PiHole.

Two questions:
1 - why are those IP addresses coming up as NaN?
2- The top of the screen clearly shows this is for .93 IP address.
So what is this Ok (Forwarded) meaning?
The green box down the bottom under the big red one.
