WhatsApp desktop being blocked

I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on a recent problem. It seems one of the rules on my pi-hole rasperry is blocking the whatsapp desktop on several computers. They refuse to login anymore for the last two days. The smartphone apps (iOS) work fine, just on the mac it won't login. Any suggestion on what to unblock maybe?

I am not worried about the ad's, the entire service is blocked. I'll look at the faq anyway.

Dear all, thank you for that topic.
I am also issuing the Sams troubleshoot with WhatsApp on my MacBook.
My iPhone and Macbook are on the same PiHole with DHCP on it. The app on my iPhone work perfectly well. Unfortunately since yesterday, without any change on my PiHole the app on the Mac do not work anymore, neither all the websites from WhatsApp.

I tailled some log and seems that the DNS resolve the name without blocking anything. Weid...
