What version of dnsmasq is embedded?

What version of dnsmasq is embedded in the Docker image?

I'm trying to add a custom record for a wildcard CNAME (not 'A' record) and it doesn't seem to be working. However, on my standalone dnsmasq 2.89 install the same config works fine.

Are you running a currently released version of the docker container, or the v6 beta?

Either way, pihole-FTL -vv will get you the embedded dnsmasq version

So both are on dnsmasq 2.89. Can you maybe post the configs that work in dnsmasq but not in pihole-FTL?
