Webhosting installation

Good morning, everyone,

I have no experience in server administration, I am a normal user.
I heard about Pi-hole, I love the idea.

I was wondering if it was technically possible to install pi-hole on a simple web hosting, by decompressing the archive into a directory a bit like with Wordpress for example.
For people like me the installation would be easier:)

I could buy a Raspberry Pi with Pi-hole already installed but I see several disadvantages. My internet provider does not assign me a fixed IP address, so it can change at any time and I would like to be able to configure my relatives' DNS so that they also use my Pi-Hole, unless my IP changes it will cause problems.
Then if I have a power outage or if I do a mistake the DNS server is no longer accessible either ^^ that's why I thought of the web host, which I already use for my wordpress blog.

Thank you in advance for your interest.

Pi-hole can not be simply unzipped onto a web host; it does more than host a web page.
