Web interface nor ad blocking is working (on an octopi build)

The issue I am facing:
Neither the web interface or the ad blocking seem to be working

Details about my system:
Running on a RPi Model 3 B that is originally set up for octoprint

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
Changed the port since i read that octoprint and pi-hole cant host a web interface on the same port. Changed from 80 and testet both 8888, 8123, neither are working. When it comes to the adblocking, i enabled DHCP server and set the primary (and only) DNS as the IP of my RPi.

I am very unsure of how to proceed, any help is greatly appreciated!

Debug log:
https://tricorder.pi-hole.net/9j11zl3mj4

More details would be helpful here.

How did you verify that it doesn't work?
What was the exact URL you tried to access?
What errors or failure messages have shown up?

I tried the normal url as well as http://pi.hole:8888/admin, non of them got me anywhere

I have not gotten any errors as far as i can tell, except from the red parts (that im guessing is bad?) in the debug log

I actually got the web interface up now, using http://192.168.0.13:8123/admin/ as the url! However i am still not getting any ads blocked... As stated i have changed the dns, so i am unsure of what i have done wrong.

Run from a client, what is the output of:

nslookup pi.hole
nslookup flurry.com 192.168.0.13
