Web admin interface broken

The issue I am facing:

Web admin interface not available.

Details about my system:

Raspberry PI3B+
Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:

After installing certbot the pi-hole webadmin interface was only displaying PHP code.
I tried to change server.port : no success
I tried pihole-r : repair, reconfigure both no success
I tried removing certbot, removing lighttpd, pihole-r reconfigure with reinstalling lightppd : no success

Now I don't even have PHP code displaying

It looks like you have installed apache2 instead of lighttpd.

Well when i setup Pi-Hole i did it with lighttpd.

But last week i wanted to try setting up ssl by following pimylifeup tutorial (https://pimylifeup.com/raspberry-pi-ssl-lets-encrypt/) and at step 4 i notice pi-home admin page was not working anymore.

I red it can be because of the apache ssl setup d as anyway i don't have my own domain i uninstall the certbot etc installation.

I did a pihole -r to reconfigure but without success...
