is the VPN setup to use pihole as its dns? if your using wireguard, you should be able to set it in the config file.
Since those are public IPs showing up as clients, that means that your Pi-hole is publicly accessible, i.e. you are runing an open resolver, which poses a potential threat for all Internet users, e.g. by serving as a multiplier in a DNS Amplification attack.
The Pi-hole team strongly discourages Pi-hole’s usage as an open resolver, and we won't provide support in that case.
You should immediately close port 53 for inbound Internet traffic in your router.
How can I know if my DNS are set correctly?
I blocked everything again and now there are less IPs
Now it shows all IPs blocked
on your wireguard configuration it should show the DNS address its pointed too. This should matchup to the IP address of your pihole.
Something like
DNS = 10.0.0.1
On wg0.conf?
