Videos on stern.de are not being played

Expected Behaviour:

Go to Stern.de, click on a video, video plays

Actual Behaviour:

Go to Stern.de, click on a video, Video does not play
Either nothing happens and the video just sits there without playing or there is an error message:

Error Code: MEDIA_ERR_UNKNOWN
Session ID: 2018-07-12:9dc68c768a81e976afd2e922 Player Element ID:video_videoPlayer12854

I am not sure which link I need to whitelist. How can I find this out?

This has something to do with the brightcove player:

I would suggest checking to see if there are any relevant domains to whitelist.
