Expected Behaviour:
Upgraded to 5.0 this week. Since the install, pi-hole has been flaky at best. Some times it works, most times it does not. Adblocking has pretty much ceased in places that it was working well prior to update. I did update to Stretch, coming from Jessie, in order to upgrade to 5.0. I am pointing my devices to the IP of the pi. I've checked the IP with ifconfig, checked multiple devices, all not working when pointed to the pi's IP. I followed the basic install guidelines and do not modify anything in the program. Basic functionality is good enough!

Actual Behaviour:
Nothing loads. Acts like there is no internet connection when pointing DNS to Pi's IP.
