Updates shown in UI

Hi,
Just noticed on both the Pi-holes I have running the UI indicated there is an FTL update

but doing pihole -up shows all up to date

Interesting Padd shows also there is an update.

Yes, this currently affects all ARM builds as the configuration of fail01.dnssec.works changed causing some of our CI containers to fail to build the most recent binaries. So yes, the display is right: There is an update available but you cannot download it as the ARM binaries are not ready. This will be fixed within https://github.com/pi-hole/FTL/pull/2009
