Update to PADD, v 4.1.0

I was surprised to see PADD telling me an update was available. Checked here and did not see it mentioned. Went to GitHub and there it was, version 4.1.0.

We typically don’t announce PADD updates here.

./padd.sh -u doesn't work.

Just do the regular install command.
