Expected Behaviour:

Pihole -up should work.

Updating Gravity also fails: DNS resolution is currently unavailable

Looks like you're having DNS resolution issues on the Pi-hole device.

Check /etc/resolv.conf... if it contains nameserver 127.0.0.1, then change that to read nameserver 8.8.8.8 (or one of your choosing) and try again

Check /etc/dhcpcd.conf and set the DNS address to something besides 127.0.0.1 there.

I added 1.1.1.1 to static dns. Now after reboot and checking resolv.conf there are two entries. First 1.1.1.1 and the second is the IPv6 of the pi-hole. Everything seems to work now. Is there a problem having the second entry?
