Hello.
I'm no expect with networking but I'm wondering if anyone is able to help me. I've had Pi-hole installed for a while now and I came across this video on Youtube by the networking engineer "NetworkChuck". So I created an account with OpenDNS and logged into my Pi-hole admin page (running locally on my own RaspberryPi) and pointed the DNS to OpenDNS. Everything is working brilliantly. I go to read the comments and notice the someone mentioned that the videos shows us how to create an "unsecured public DNS system with an insecure API to modify the blacklist".
Can anyone provide me with some information about this since I'd like to keep my network as secure as possible. Thanks.
Also, is it possible to use Alexa with Pi-hole the same way he did in the video. I understand his environment is build in the cloud and I'd have to do some portforwarding since my Pi-hole is running locally but I've heard that this is bad again. Thanks.
