Unknown WAN IP client appearing in logs with Google WiFi as "c-My-WAN-IP.hsd1.ca.comcast.net"

I set up a Google WiFi system a couple days ago and moved my old pihole to the Google WiFi system. I set the pi-hole as the DNS as usual and everything is working properly. Given the way Google WiFi works, all requests in the pi-hole look like they're coming from the main router, which I don't really care about. The pi-hole is plugged in via ethenet to the main Google WiFi routers and there are no other wired connections aside from the incoming modem.

However, every 30s a client queries www.google.com, www.youtube.com, and www.gstatic.com. The client name is "c-My-Google-Wifi-WAN-IP.hsd1.ca.comcast.net".

What is this client? Any insights?
