Unable to Resolve DNS after Set-up

Expected Behaviour:

Stand-in DNS server utilizing Pi-Hole to block unwanted ads.
-Raspberry Pi OS (32 bit) Debian Bullseye with Raspberry Pi Desktop
-Model : Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.4

Actual Behaviour:

I set up two Pi Holes so accommodate the need of two DNS servers from the Spectrum configuration APP. Once setting both IPs i no longer have internet access. I can pull up youtube sometimes and it'll half way load but the preview images of videos will be empty. I assume this is a cached session perhaps.

Debug Token:

Your router is advertising itself as DNS:

      dns-server: 192.168.1.1
      router: 192.168.1.1

Where did you set the DNS servers?

I set it up on my Spectrum Router - SAX1v1k Model. They use an app for router configs.

I believe this may have something to do with DNS Rebind Protection.
