Unable to resolve after setting as DNS

Hey guys, Im desperate here. I had pi-hole working GREAT for like a year? and I updated my pi a few weeks ago and since then, Pi-hole has been broken and I cannot figure out why I keep losing internet.

I have tried 3x full OS reinstalls, and am now running on Lite, I have manually assigned the IP of .24 for the DNS server in my router (R7800) but EVERYTHING I try, I lose connection within 5min of setting the DNS.

Need your guidance, thanks guys!

Your debug log shows that your gravity list is empty:

Which seems to stem from an empty list of blocklists to which you subscribe:

I turned off all the lists to make sure there was no conflict in them somewhere. I still couldn't get a connection with all lists or no lists applied.
