Unable to Fill Gravity Table

When running pihole -g I get "No space left on device" and later "Unable to fill gravity table in database /etc/pihole/gravity_temp.db".

I just updated from 5.0 to 5.1.1 and never had this issue before in years of using pi-hole.

df -h returns this:

Hi jfb, in fstab tmp currently has 100M, how large an increase do you suggest?

Im running on an RPi 3b+.
