Unable to access the Admin Dashboard

Expected Behavior:

[When types: http://pi.hole/admin or 192.168.1.122/admin into the search bar, presented with admin dashboard]

Actual Behavior:

[When types: http://pi.hole/admin or 192.168.1.122/admin into the search bar, it says, "This site can’t be reached. 192.168.1.122 refused to connect. ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED]
