Unable to access SSH

The issue I am facing:
Can't access SSH. No known password works. Always access denied.

Details about my system:
8GB SD card, installed raspberry pi 3 standard graphic interface then run one-step auto script to install pihole on 02/2022. I have back up of config so can do a full manual reinstall...

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
Added blank 'ssh' file to boot directory via an SD card reader via windows 10.

As this is not a Pi-hole issue, you may want to visit the forums for your OS.

I think you are right. I noticed some comments online about user account defaults not existing at time of installation. I will just have to do a manual reinstall of everything... thanks
