Top Blocked Domains Long Term Data reflects non-blocked domains

I am running the following:

Pi-hole** [v5.2.4]
Web Interface** [v5.4]
FTL** [v5.7]

root@Pi-Hole:/home/pi# lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Raspbian

Release: 10
Codename: buster
root@Pi-Hole:/home/pi# hostnamectl
Static hostname: Pi-Hole

Machine ID: 1c2e9cd6c7b34718be04863f8aab563f

Operating System: Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
Kernel: Linux 5.10.11-v7l+
Architecture: arm

I have not experienced any functional issues with running Pi-Hole during the last two weeks. It is working flawlessly blocking sites to be expected and allowing access to sites that are to be expected. However in my recent review of the Top Lists found under the Long-term data, the "Top Blocked Domains" reflects some domains that are not in any block list or blacklist.

For example there are several domains I visit regularly without issue which are known good. I visit these sites often, every day. They are not being blocked, nor should they be, but for some unknown reason these domains are being listed in the "Top Blocked Domains" list.

The expected behavior (if not obvious) is that domains that are known to not be blacklisted or blocked, should not be appearing on the "Top Blocked List". Instead, only domains that are blocked or blacklisted should be appearing.

This sounds a bit like
https://github.com/pi-hole/AdminLTE/issues/1740

Could be the same underlying issue with a different representation.

Do (some) queries to this domain have the status "Ok (already forwarded)"

Yes.

For example "login.microsoftonline.com" is one of the domains appearing in the Top Blocked Domains list, and yet this is a domain I frequently visit throughout the day. It's most definitely not on a blacklist or block list and yet it appears as a Top Blocked Domain. Very strange

In looking at the Recent Queries listing I can see this domain is "OK (forwarded to...)"

Should be fixed by
