Add a scheduled blocker for particular websites

It would be useful to have a scheduled website blocker to block distracting websites during particular hours. For example setting no facebook access between 9-5 with an hour for lunch. Software to do this already exists (although less choice on Linux), and to do this fully you have to install the software on multiple devices. Block internet access at certain times

Kids spending too much time on the internet? Would be nice to be able to add their device MAC addresses to a group that blocks Internet access (maybe routes all traffic to localhost address) between the hours of 20:00 and 08:00 or whatever you set it too.
