The domain in question is on your blacklist, and it was blocked by Pi-Hole when the query was A or AAAA. Pi-Hole does not filter other types of DNS queries (TXT, ANY, SOA), so that behavior is expected.
Side note - having an IP in the blacklist has no effect. If a client has an IP, it won't request resolution of that IP.

Note that the upcoming version 5.0 of Pi-hole extends blocking to all kinds of requests (some types may get useless data returned if blocked).
