Do you have exactly just 2 NAS machines and 4 smart phones? Often there are other devices connected to the network such as security cameras, game machines, and TVs. You can check that no one else is using the Pi-hole by checking if you are fowarding port 53 to the internet (don't forward it, btw).

All of those devices will be using Pi-hole. Your images look fine to me.

I can perfectly understand why you are concerned seeing clients like scan-32.security.ipip.net
and I think you should be!
How/where did you install Pi-hole? Is port 53 (UDP) accessible from the WWW? Do you have set up any firewall rules on your router?

ok so u i remove the dns access of my server from internet
and i have only my network client who used my server
so for few day's my server is will be scanned for DNS from internet cry
Security problem from my network
If you browse to below link --> Services --> ShieldsUp! , it can perform a nice port scan on your public IP address to check if anything open:

It is good that you removed it.
The Internet is large, but not nearly as huge as you might expect. It is easy to scan all IP addresses in a matter of a day.
