Teleporter does not restore upstream dns config

Expected Behaviour:

I expected teleporter to save and restore the upstream dns configuration.

Actual Behaviour:

When I restore using a save teleporter file, the upstream dns configuration remains at the default settings

I don't know if teleporter saves the upstream dns info and just fails to restore it or if it doesn't save it at all.

I also don't know if that is intentional for some reason.

Currently, the information is saved in the teleporter backup but the respective dnsmasq config file is not restored.
This will change with Pi-hole v6.
